Bethany Lockhart
Resident in Counseling
Welcome! I'm so glad you found your way here.
I believe that healing begins with feeling truly seen and understood.
My goal is to walk alongside you, offering a warm, nonjudgemental space where you can safely explore what you've been carrying, gain new insights, and discover your own path forward with empathy and authenticity.
I work with adolescents and adults experiencing anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, school or work stress, identity exploration, and life transitions. Together we'll focus on what matters most to you; your goals, your values, and your pace. I incorporate evidence-based practices into a compassionate, person-centered approach. My work is centered in my belief that meaningful change happens through genuine human connection.
People I work with often describe me as warm, down-to-earth, and easy to talk to. Whether you're feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or you would like gain a deeper understanding of yourself, I’m here to support you on your journey.
Outside of the therapy room, I find joy and meaning in journaling, spending time outdoors, cooking, and being with family. I bring that same presence and intentionality into my work with clients.
If you’re considering therapy, please reach out. I offer flexible hours and a welcoming, affirming space. Let’s explore how we can work together and move toward your goals.
